ABOUT THE EVENT /

Hello CIW Family,

Your Reunion Committee is announcing your annual dinner. The dinner is for all current and retired CIW staff.

Ticket Price

$75.00 each
Includes: Dinner, DJ, Photo Booth, Gift Raffle, 50/50 Money Raffle, Dance Contest and Hope Bermeo's famous Candy/Sweets Table

If you purchase your tickets before July 15, 2023, you will be considered an Early-Bird attendee, and you’ll receive 5 additional Gift Raffle tickets.

Upon check-in, each attendee will receive 10 Gift Raffle tickets, and 5 tickets for the 50/50 Money Raffle.

Prior to the 50/50 Money Raffle, we’ll sell additional tickets at the event to those interested in having more opportunities in the drawing and a larger pot to win.

  • Beef

  • Chicken

  • Fish (Mahi-Mahi)

  • Vegetarian

All Plated Dinners Include: Caesar or Garden Salad, Rice Pilaf, Vegetables, Rolls & Butter and Dessert. Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Assorted Hot Teas and Iced Tea.

Reserving Tables:

Each table seats 10 people.  We encourage parties of 10 who prefer to sit together to reserve a table.  Only one person from your group should make the reservation in their name.  This will avoid the confusion of having multiple reservations for the same party/table.  Please communicate with your group whose name should appear on the Table Reservation and provide that information to one of the committee members at the bottom of this website.

Payment Options:

  • Option 2:  Cash/Check payment at any Wells Fargo Bank to CIW Reunion.  

    • Account Number: 7544188464 

    • If you choose this payment option, please:

      • Get a Receipt

      • Write on the Receipt: 

        • Your Name 

        • Your Dinner Selection (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Vegetarian).

        • Guests Names & Dinner Selections (if applicable)

      • Once you write this information on your receipt, take a photo and send it to either: Pattie Hillstock, Rick Villescas Esther Swana, or Kathleen Jones.  Phone Numbers are available on the bottom of this website.  

      • As a note, some banks may require you to show ID for deposit.

 

  • Option #3:  Direct Payment to CIW Reunion Committee.  

    • We will host locations for you to visit and make a direct payment to the Committee. Please continue to monitor the CIW Reunion Facebook page for future locations, dates and times.
